-Perform all of your religious duties like praying and so on. The more you are closer to Allah, the happier your life would be.
-Whenever you play videogames (like Nintendo), or even watch TV, be sure to take a 10 to 15 minutes break every one hour. If you feel dizzy or disoriented, disconnect gameplay immediately and contact your physician.
-Ok, I know that you already know this, but I stress this fact again. EXERCISE! I think everybody knows its benefits. Try to exercise at least for 30 minutes a day to stay in shape.
- Be sure to have a healthy nutrition
- Personal hygiene: take a shower and don't stink!
- Avoid stress: Calm down! Think of peace and of anything good. Don't bring forth bad memories.
- Cut back on smoking, alcohol, addictive drugs, and unnecessary medication
- Make sure you are living in a sanitary environment.
- Go for periodic medical check ups
